Still feeling like I'm in my post 24-hour recovery, I've been doing more exploring i.e., run/hiking with the dogs. Also, I've cut loose from my coached running schedule and just going out WITHOUT my watch and running totally on feel. I'm focusing more on weight training, less on mileage...for a bit anyway. It feels like a relief almost to not HAVE to do anything specific running-wise. Great article, thanks again, Sarah!
