I had considered signing up for the 10 there and even asked a friend who DNF'd it why the DNF rate is so high. This kind of explains it! Great report, Sarah!
I know you mean the 100 not 10 :-) Yes, this is a route I would not want to do the 100 on -- very boring the second half even in good conditions. This year seemed like torture. I highly recommend the 50 though!

I do like the way you tell a story Lady!!👏👏👏(Pretty good runner, too!😁)Sounds like you had a great time connecting with people. That's what I love about trail running 🏃♂️ 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♂️❣️
Loved reading all of this! Your small world connections, fantastic photos of those incredible slot canyons, and your description of how you felt after despite the cold rain --- what an satifying day and so many reminders why we love this community!
Thanks for reading Andi! That was an awful car... especially since my mom had somehow lit the ashtray on fire so the plastic part in between the bucket seats was black and burned.
Great job! Sounds like this one really charged your batteries up. Can't wait to hear what's next for you!
Thanks so much for reading! Next up is R2R2R in Grand Canyon!
Loved to read this! Very well written.
thanks for reading!

Sand and slickrock are the perfect ingredients for a slow meditative race. Adding in a cold rain? Maybe not so much.
Speaking of, have you ever done the Water is Life race? Nothing posted about 2023 yet.
Thanks! No, what's the Water is Life race?
