I am so glad you featured Stella - I know her in person although I haven't talked to her since she got real fast. The thing she probably didn't mention is that apart from her out of this world physical abilities, she has a VERY strong mindset. She never gives up in the toughest condition. And she really wants it. I don't know what her "why" is.. but her mental strength is out of this world too.

Those of us who’ve been running more than 30 years definitely have more wear and tear on the muscles and connective tissue than those who began less than 10 years ago! Or, at least, that’s the story I tell myself. 😉

Great run, Sarah, truly. It’s a beautiful course, but it sure does bake you in the heat. I recall my time in the 50 was a lot slower than I’d expected. But these spring runs sure do kick iff the year right!

I'm only halfway through but this is such a beautiful read!! And that video; the hazey early morning sun seems blissful. I'm from Ireland and have the Kerry way ultra in my sights in a couple of year's time, but this has me super excited to explore further afield!! Gorgeous 🥰🥰

Thank you for reading! I have looked into the Kerry Way and would love to do it, but it does not work with my plans this September.
