Great post. I’ve struggled with eating disorders since I was 10 years old. I’m 50 now. For the past 20 years I’ve been at a standstill. I’m not cured but I have a system that allows me to function and not be dragged down the rabbit hole. Running has helped immensely but it’s a slippery slope. Tell those kids that it’s sooooo not worth it. ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you and I feel for you. Listening to Tim T’s podcast, I felt so sad he can’t experience the joy of mealtimes—of cooking & eating with others—and I hope you can reach a point where feeding your body feels joyful. Best wishes to you.
I feel as though I’ve just been in an entire semester of a high school health & nutrition class except YOUR information is SO much more helpful. Thank you Sarah for reaching out to your students. I have a feeling they really absorbed this lesson and will actually remember it and apply it!! Spot on Sis
You’re awesome thanks. Maybe someday, but it’s all good. One step at a time❤️
