Thank you, Sarah! I'm about to go and claim the 300ft of vert in my neighborhood. Dodging Priuses and Teslas is the only cross training I need.

Thank you so much for your support and mentioning Community Trail Running Sarah! :) I was so grateful for Coree to come on the show and be so open about everything. I really enjoyed my conversation with him :)

“You can’t do it if you don’t do it”—thank you for this! I’m going to keep this reminder in mind when things get tough.

Also, badass older lady skiers rock. The friend I ski with most often is 73, kicks my butt down the moguls, and aims to ski her age each year (so, 73 days this year). I want to be her when I grow up!

Dang the quote of the day...nope, the quote of the year and so early in 2024 too...I am appropriating that one and firmly planting it into my top three which I guess is now is going to be my top 4...thanks for that!

Great stories about how comfortable isn't what we make it out to be. I like calling it "getting into the effort zone," as opposed to the more negative "getting out of your comfort zone."

My goal is to be those ladies you skiied with, still doing moguls and still slightly razzing people who think they can’t do them - the only way you can do them is by doing them!

Yes, I'm so grateful for older mentors like them, both for skiing and trail running. They are what my mom would call "tough cookies." Thanks for reading this and also for your shoutout on your earlier post about exclamation points!
